Return Policy
We ask all the right questions upfront to ensure you get exactly what you need the first time. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out—maybe the product isn’t quite right, it arrived defective, you changed your mind, or you need to cancel an order. We get it, and we’re here to help.
Our Policy: Simple and Fair
You have 45 days to return most items, no questions asked. However, there are some requirements and exceptions you should know about.
What CAN’T Be Returned:
- Special order items – These are products ordered specifically for you that we don’t normally stock
- Wearable items – Including T-shirts, in-ear buds, and reeds (for hygiene reasons)
- Items past the 45-day window
Requirements for Returns:
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:
- Be in the original packaging
- Include all manuals, paperwork, and cables
- Have the box and documentation in like-new condition
Please note: Items missing manuals, cables, or documentation will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
How to Return an Item:
- Step 1: Call us at 678-663-2731 to initiate your return
- Step 2: Pack the retail box inside a shipping box (we cannot accept items shipped in their retail box only)
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us
- Step 4: We’ll inspect the item, checking its condition and serial numbers
- Step 5: Once approved, we’ll issue your refund minus shipping costs (both to and from)
